Course Format

This course will be an interactive and participative workshop where participants will be encouraged to discuss their own practice and compare it to others and recognised best practice. Real projects and case studies will form an important part of the workshop and participants will be encouraged to discuss and reflect on their own organisations practices and ways to improve them.

 

Training Aids

The course is instructor-led online training combined with in-class simulation exercises designed to invite class participation. This approach aids in the individualized instruction given to the participant. Instructional methods include facilitated discussion, hands-on simulation of production, and on-the-job practical applications. PowerPoint presentations are used to deliver the course supplemented by videos for demonstrations.

Natalie Musvaire, Pr. Eng, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified

Natalie specializes in helping companies with manufacturing and quality issues. Other areas of her specialization are corporate strategy, commercial effectiveness, and end-to-end supply chain advisory services. Natalie is a qualified Production Engineer and holds an MSc in Manufacturing Systems and Operations Management as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering. Her other qualifications are a Master’s in Business Administration and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
