In 2025, PATFIO Consulting strengthened its technological capabilities through the adoption of CADSIM Plus (for dynamic process and control simulation) and JKSimMet (for comminution and classification modeling). This has positioned PATFIO at the forefront of simulation-based process engineering and digital plant optimization.

Our team delivers plant-wide dynamic simulations capable of evaluating and validating process control strategies in an interactive environment that connects directly with DCS systems, control software, and plant historians. We also support P&ID validation, digital twin development, and performance testing of control logic to ensure reliable design and seamless commissioning.
